What's covered
Frame failure not caused by accident or misuse (e.g. spontaneous hinge fatigue, delamination of the steel core, coating failure).
Lens defects affecting optical clarity present at delivery or arising under normal use.
Print defects in the PA12 nylon structure visible under normal lighting.
What's not covered
Accidental damage, drops, sat-on frames, lost pairs.
Wear consistent with normal use: micro-scratches on the lens coating, slight color shift after years of UV exposure, loosening of the temple flex.
Damage caused by exposure to high heat (saunas, dashboards in direct sun, dishwashers).
How to claim
Email warranty@3ddglobal.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We reply within two business days with a determination and, if covered, a pre-paid return label.
Approved warranty claims are repaired or replaced at our discretion. Where the original SKU is no longer in production, we may substitute with the closest available equivalent.
The repair promise (members)
Inner Circle members receive one free non-warranty repair per pair, per year — temple replacements, lens re-coats, full re-prints — for the lifetime of the SKU. Ship-in, five-day turnaround. See the Inner Circle page for details.
