Orders
An order is an offer to buy. Your contract with us forms when we send the order confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (pricing errors, suspected fraud, restricted destination). In that case, any payment taken is refunded in full.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in the currency you select. We may change prices at any time, but never retroactively for confirmed orders.
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Title in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Members-only drops
Drops are limited-run, made-to-order pairs sold to Inner Circle members during a defined window. They are final sale (see Returns).
Intellectual property
All site content (images, copy, designs, the IVVI name and logo) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is capped at the order value, except where law prohibits such a cap (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, unless mandatory consumer law in your country grants you the right to sue locally.
