Returns & exchanges

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier. The pair must arrive at our studio within 45 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition, with the linen sleeve, microfiber, and unmarked QC card. Lenses must be free of scratches, and the frame must not show signs of wear, makeup, or skin oils.

Pairs purchased as part of a members-only drop or a limited edition are final sale and not eligible for return.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For exchanges (a different colorway, lens, or size of the same pair), return shipping is on us. We send a pre-paid label.

For refunds, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked, insured service; we cannot process refunds on parcels that do not arrive.

Email returns@3ddglobal.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with the return address and, where applicable, a pre-paid label.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of receipt and inspection at the studio. Bank processing times may add a further 3–10 days.
